Kang Industrial Semi-Auto Metal Cutting Band Saw
The KANG BS-1810G is a robust 330mm capacity horizontal semi-automatic bandsaw engineered for precise mitre cutting, allowing manual angle adjustment up to 60 degrees right without material repositioning. The bandsaw is designed with a dual-speed motor and gear drive, with manual adjustment, hydraulic semi-automatic operation for vices and downfeed. Ideal for fabrication shops, construction, and manufacturing environments handling steel profiles, tubes, structural steel, and bars, etc.
Mitre Bandsaw Machine: Supports angle cuts manually, enabling complex angled workpieces like structural beams or pipe without flipping materials, reducing setup time compared to a single-mitre saw, and minimising errors in high-precision tasks.
Generous Cutting Capacity Band Saw: Accommodates substantial size (up to 330mm round or 460x250mm rectangular at 90 degrees), making it suitable for oversize metal stock in industrial settings. This outperforms smaller bandsaws for heavy fabrication without the need for multiple machines.
Powerful and Efficient Drive System: Dual-speed 1.5/2.2 kW blade motor delivers high torques for tough materials, 40/80 MPM double cutting speeds, running at the correct speed reduces vibration, noise, and stress on gears, bearings and the frame. Less maintenance.
