The manual pan brakes W-4812 is a heavy-duty manual sheet metal bender. Designed for professional and serious DIY workshops, it excels at forming boxes, pans, trays, enclosures, and custom profiles with precise bends up to 135°. The W-4812 is an upgraded model in KANG's lineup, offering greater capacity than their standard 1.5mm pan brakes (like the W-4816Z), making it ideal for thicker materials in automotive restoration, HVAC fabrication, and custom metalwork. It's fully manual with a robust all-steel construction, emphasising durability and ease of use without needing electricity or hydraulics.
Higher Material Capacity. The bender max. work with 2.5mm mild steel plate, tackles thicker sheets for heavy-duty jobs, like truck panels or industrial trays without strain.
Rigid Steel Construction for Accuracy. Fully welded steel frame ensures high bending precision and minimal flex, delivers straight, repeatable 0°–135° bends on heavy sheets.
Adjustable Clamping & Blade Gap. Eccentric cams and pressure settings prevent material crush while enabling radii adjustments, safer and faster setup for mixed thicknesses.
Counterweight-Assisted Operation. Built-in balance system eases deep bends, reduces operator fatigue on long runs, a step up from pure manual levers on basic models.
Versatile Segmented tooling. Interchangeable hardened fingers allow for complex boxes, pans, and channels down to 25–50 mm flanges, more flexible than fixed-blade folders for custom fab.

3. Residential delivery for heavy package (Over 30kg) would have extra cost, you will be contacted with the Fee, or we deliver package to nearest fright depot.
4. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Returns
1. 10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2. You must obtain a KANG Industrial issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged and include the parts/invoice as requested
4. Altered items are not eligible for return.
5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee and in addition charge for "making good" any damaged or used items returned including items damaged in transit.
Warranty
1. KAKA Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.
2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.
3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
