The KANG Sheet Metal Plate Curving Roller 1000 mm (model W01-4022) is a robust manual benchtop sheet metal roller designed for forming smooth curves, radii, tubes, cones, cylinders, and half-round shapes from metal sheets. It features a heavy-duty cast iron frame mounted on a stable steel sheet base, with three steel rollers (50 mm diameter) that include grooves for wire rolling. The upper roller tilts for easy workpiece removal, while the front and rear rollers are independently adjustable for precise cone bending. Operation is fully manual via a side crank, making it electricity-free and ideal for workshops or mobile use. With a generous 1000 mm working width and capacity for mild steel up to 0.8 mm thick.
High-Capacity 1-Metre Width. The generous 1000 mm working width allows you to handle standard sheet metal stock sizes, minimizing waste and maximising the scope of projects like custom ducting, larger cylinder construction, and architectural metalwork.
Durable & Stable Construction. Cast iron frame and steel base provide excellent rigidity and vibration-free operation, built to handle the tough demands of Australian trades and workshops
Integrated Wire Rolling Grooves. Equipped with dedicated grooves on the rollers for forming wire, adding extra functionality and value for diverse shop tasks.
Adjustable Conical Rolling. The front and back rollers can be adjusted separately, allowing you to precisely set the gap for creating conical (tapered) workpieces—a crucial feature for advanced fabrication.
Effortless Workpiece Removal. The design allows the upper roll to tilt over, facilitating quick and easy removal of finished, rolled cylindrical workpieces without obstruction.

3. Residential delivery for heavy package (Over 30kg) would have extra cost, you will be contacted with the Fee, or we deliver package to nearest fright depot.
4. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Returns
1. 10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2. You must obtain a KANG Industrial issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged and include the parts/invoice as requested
4. Altered items are not eligible for return.
5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee and in addition charge for "making good" any damaged or used items returned including items damaged in transit.
Warranty
1. KAKA Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.
2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.
3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
