Motorised Plate Curve Roller ESR-5116
The KANG ESR-5116 Motorized Plate Curing Roller is designed for forming cylinders, cones, and curves in materials like mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. With a 1300mm forming width, it can handle up to 11.5 mm mild steel across its full length, making it suitable for workshops, HVAC, automotive, and general fabrication applications. Powered by a 1.1 kW motor running on 240V single-phase electricity, the machine features three 75mm diameter hardened steel rolls, with two driven rolls for enhanced power and material grip. It operates at 7.4 RPM roll speed, has a minimum forming diameter of 85 mm, and includes a foot pedal for hands-free control, an open stand for stability, and easy adjustments for thickness and cone forming.
Ample Forming Capacity. Offers a 1300 mm working width ideal for standard sheet metal sizes, rolling 1.5 mm mild steel fully across the beam, perfect for the fabricator's handling of roofing, ductwork, or custom parts.
Enhanced Power and Efficiency Curving Roll. Two driven rolls powered by a 1.1 KW motor provide superior traction and speed (7.4 RPM), reducing operator effort compared to manual plate curving roller, making it efficient for high-volume tasks in busy workshops.

Returns
1. 10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2. You must obtain a KANG Industrial issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged and include the parts/invoice as requested
4. Altered items are not eligible for return.
5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee and in addition charge for "making good" any damaged or used items returned including items damaged in transit.
Warranty
1. KAKA Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.
2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.
3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
