Kang Industrial HER-6103 Motorized Plate Curving Rolls
The KANG HER-6103 is a heavy-duty Hydraulic Initial Pinch Plate Curving Roller designed for professional sheet metal forming. It features a rolling length of 1550 mm and can handle up to 6.5 mm thick mild steel across its full width, making it suitable for thicker materials compared to lighter rollers. The machine has three 181 mm diameter rolls. All three rolls are hydraulically driven for powerful, smooth operation, with synchronous hydraulic adjustment for the pinch/side rolls. Powered by a 4.0 kW motor, it achieves a roll speed of 4.2 rpm and includes a digital readout for precise pinch roll positioning, a manual lower pinch roll adjusting wheel, foot pedal control with forward/reverse and up/down functions, and a single-side up/down button for cone bending. The top roll swivels out for easy workpiece removal, and the rigid construction ensures long-term reliability.
Heavy-Duty Plate Curve Roller for Thicker Materials. Rolls up to 6.5 mm mild steel over 1550 mm width, ideal for the fabricators working on structural panels, tanks, cylinders, or heavy-duty roofing/ductwork where lighter rollers fall short.
Hydraulic Precision and Power Rolling. All three rolls are hydraulically driven with synchronous pinch adjustment provide consistent, powerful rolling without flat spots, offering smoother and more accurate bends than manual or electric-only models.
Versatile Cone Rolling. Single-side up/down control allows easy forming of conical shapes, expanding applications for custom funnels, hoppers, or tapered components common in manufacturing and agriculture.
User-Friendly and Efficient Plate Rolling. Digital readout for pinch position, foot pedal controls, and swivel top roll simplify setup and operation, boosting productivity for operators in busy workshops.

3. Residential delivery for heavy package (Over 30kg) would have extra cost, you will be contacted with the Fee, or we deliver package to nearest fright depot.
4. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
5. Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.
Returns
1. 10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2. You must obtain a KANG Industrial issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged and include the parts/invoice as requested
4. Altered items are not eligible for return.
5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee and in addition charge for "making good" any damaged or used items returned including items damaged in transit.
Warranty
1. KAKA Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.
2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.
3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
