The KANG MS-3816 is a compact yet powerful benchtop hollow-chisel mortising machine designed for precise mortise-and-tenon joinery in any home workshop or small professional setup. Built with rigid cast-iron construction and a dovetailed column, it delivers clean, square mortises up to 12.7mm wide with excellent repeatability.
Precision & Clean Mortises. Rigid cast-iron construction and dovetailed column with adjustable ways ensure rock-solid stability and square, tear-out-free mortises. The rack-and-pinion controls allow smooth, accurate adjustments to the fence and head.
Faster Workflow with Pneumatic Return. The built-in pneumatic strut automatically returns the head after each cut, making repetitive mortising much quicker and less fatiguing, perfect for production work or multiple identical pieces.
Versatile Capacity. Handles stock up to 150mm thick with the included riser block and 216mm wide. The large table provides excellent support, and the multi-position handle gives comfortable leverage from either side.
Ready to Use Out of the Box. Comes with four popular-size chisels (1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2") already sharpened and a convenient tool storage rack on the column. Easy-access chuck makes chisel changes fast.

Returns
1. 10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2. You must obtain a KANG Industrial issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged and include the parts/invoice as requested
4. Altered items are not eligible for return.
5. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee and in addition charge for "making good" any damaged or used items returned including items damaged in transit.
Warranty
1. KAKA Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.
2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.
3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
