The KANG ETB-12 Motorised Jenny & Swage is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade sheet metal machine designed for high-efficiency bead rolling, swaging, and flanging. Unlike manual alternatives, this machine is motorised, making it an ideal upgrade for professional workshops, HVAC fabricators, and automotive restorers.
It features a powerful 0.75kW (240V) motor that allows for hands-free operation via a foot pedal, enabling the operator to use both hands to guide large or complex sheet metal panels. Constructed from heavy-duty cast iron to minimise vibration and deflection, it has a 1.2mm mild steel capacity and a 200mm throat depth. The swage & jenny comes complete with a dedicated floor stand and four sets of standard rollers, making it ready for immediate industrial use.

Effortless Motorised Operation Bead Roller. The motorised rotary beading machine allows for much faster production speeds and reduces operator fatigue. It is particularly beneficial for long runs of ducting or large automotive panels where manual cranking would be inconsistent.

Reduction Gearbox Drive & Brake Motor Beading Machine. The brake motor stops the roller instantly when releasing the foot pedal, ensuring high precision, reduction gearbox delivers high torque, preventing overheating and premature motor failure, ensure the machine can handle continuous industrial use in a busy workshop.
