The KANG ESR-5116H is a motorized sheet metal curving roll designed for accurately forming sheet metal into smooth curves, cylinders, and radii. With a 1300mm rolling width and capacity for 1.6mm mild steel, it provides a practical combination of working width, forming capability, and powered operation for professional fabrication workshops.  The machine is designed for workshops, fabrication businesses, HVAC/ducting work, automotive fabrication and general sheet-metal forming.

Powered Sheet Metal Forming. KANG ESR-5116H motorised slip roll uses a 1.1 kWmotor to form sheet metal with substantially less manual effort than a hand-operated roller. Ideal for professional metal fabrication, workshops and repeated forming applications.

Quick Action Pinch Roll & Forming Roll Adjustment. One handle for pinch roll clamping
 and one handwheel for bending roll up/down, quick adjustment.

1300mm Rolling Width. Provides a generous 1300mm working length with a published capacity of up to 1.6mm mild steel across the full rolling width, suitable for a broad range of sheet-metal fabrication projects.

Foot Pedal Forward & Reverse. Manoeuvrable foot-pedal controls allow convenient forward and reverse operation while keeping both hands available to guide and position the workpiece during forming.

50MM Minimum Forming Radius. Three precision-machined rolls with 75mm roll diameter can form sheet metal down to a published minimum forming radius of 50mm, helping produce curved panels, cylinders, and other formed components.

Versatile Professional Design Roller. Features three integrated wire grooves for solid-rod forming, polished high-quality rolls and emergency-stop/limit-switch protection. Designed as a robust powered solution for professional sheet-metal fabrication.
